Ex-cop wants job back after 'crazy b–ch' officer got him fired: wholesale halloween costumes.
An ex-cop says he was canned because he wouldn't take part in a "crazy b—h" fellow officer's plans to get swimwear manufacturer China another recruit fired, and now he is suing to get his job back.
Former NYPD officer Adrian Neza claims in Manhattan civil court papers that a fellow unnamed wholesale swimwear member of his police academy class was a "crazy b—h" — sending fellow cadets photos of herself in her underwear with a gun, and constantly talking about how another classmate had put a "target" on her back.
Neza says the unhinged woman, identified only as "Officer 1" in court papers, turned on him after he refused to help her get another unnamed officer fired.
She then went to higher-ups, claiming he'd said: "B–ch where? She does not have t-ts anyway. Why don't you whip out your d–k so we can compare d–ks, since you want to act like a man."
The 25-year-old denies making the comment, claiming that in reality, Officer 1 harassed him.
She "made a lewd comment to me insinuating to the company group chat that I was a homosexual and should have my boyfriend shave my neck for me before I come to Police Academy," the suit reads.
She also allegedly sent him an "inappropriate meme" featuring the character Drago from the film "Rocky IV," which referenced "sexual cardio."
Neza graduated from the academy in December 2016 and was assigned to a Bronx precinct. The rookie says he was demoted after a series of hearings regarding the fabricated comment and eventually fired from his "dream job" because of her antics.
"We will review the complaint," said a city Law Department spokeswoman.
